Every morning, a small sample from the day’s batch finds its way to me – sometimes to the farm, sometimes to Pune or Mumbai. Ajinkya or l taste it before the batch is sealed and sent out.
This is not mill or Factory . We follow organic process with authentic techniques of making ghee called Bilona method .
